Online File Management System is computer based system, for maintain Personal Registers and Official files which can be opened, closed or reopened according to the requirement in an Office. Or we can say a Software that Manage Files. The Online File Management System can be used to keep files safe, secure and not be inadvertently deleted or lost. The administrator can assign the authority of different files to the users in different departments. And restrict some users to access the file.

Report of the duration in which a particular employee proceed that file.
The file can be forwarded to next user for further procedure on the file.
Charge of files can be given to some employee for a particular period of time.
Reports of all the files can be seen at the same time.
